Join us on a carpool trip to Timberline Ski Resort and Canaan Valley – only 6 hours from Cincinnati. The price is for lodging at the convenient Canaan Valley Resort & Conference Center on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights. But you may want to stretch out your trip by adding a Wednesday night stay (double occupancy only).
Lift tickets are not included in the price since there are so many options to ski one or both resorts. A new benefit this year is that Perfect North Season Pass holders will ski free at Timberline. Other Perfect North passes will again be valid for a 50% discount at Timberline. When the trip fills, we’ll decide if group prices are available and then work out what options are best for you.
The Canaan Valley Resort & Conference Center, only a few miles from each ski area, has two reasonably priced restaurants, a bar where we can meet up, and a spa and fitness center. Each hotel room has 2 beds, a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and wi-fi.
Timberline, owned by Perfect North Slopes, has a 6-pack lift that gets you up the mountain in only 4 minutes, plus 2 other new lifts, state-of-the-art snowmaking and grooming equipment, and a remodeled day lodge. The terrain will please experts, but also has lots to offer beginner and intermediate skiers. Canaan Valley has excellent snowmaking equipment, day lodges, and skiing for everyone on its 47 runs.
This mid-week trip has become a club favorite – it’s close, convenient, affordable, and fun!

Lift Tickets Not Included: Skiers will purchase their own tickets. Multiple day and senior discounts are available. Discounted group pricing may be available if we have enough participants.

Timberline Ticket Info: Perfect North Season Pass holders ski free. Perfect North pass holders of any other type receive a 50% discount. The 2024 lift prices are not yet available. For reference, the 2023 rates were $95/day, $69/Seniors (60+).

Canaan Valley Ticket Info: The 2024 rates are not yet available. For reference, the 2023 rates were $65/day, $45/Seniors (60-69). Seniors over 70 ski free.

Carpool trip – drivers and passengers will make their own arrangements and split costs.
Cancellation Policy: on or before 1/3/24 is $20; after 1/3/24 - $20 plus all non-recoverable costs.
